Responsibilities:

  • Utilize knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings;">
  • Verify that drawings are accurate, legible, and follow applicable industry codes;">
  • Create detailed drawings as per clients' specifications;">
  • Work directly with project managers and 3D designers to develop drawings, schematics, and diagrams for projects;">
  • Use computer-assisted design/drafting equipment and software to develop designs;">
  • Modify existing drawings to reflect necessary changes;">
  • Draft detailed multi-view drawings of products;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and on a team;">
  • Detail-oriented, organized with the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines;">
  • Knowledge of drafting standards, mathematics, and engineering technology;">
  • The ability to pay attention to detail and follow work instructions;">
  • Able to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with various departments;">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;">
  • Degree or diploma in Architectural or Civil Engineering or Building Information Technology;">
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the construction industry;">
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max.
