Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior UAT Software Test Analyst to join our team. As a Junior UAT Software Test Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in user acceptance testing for Internet Banking Application, Mobile Banking Application, and Integrated Multi-Channel Host.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in user acceptance testing for Internet Banking Application, Mobile Banking Application, and Integrated Multi-Channel Host
  • Perform manual testing for functional testing and regression testing
  • Track and monitor testing progress and defect resolution
  • Provide regular test progress to Team lead
  • Assist in admin work like data update and other adhoc projects as assigned by the supervisor
  • Commit overtime on weekdays and sometimes on weekends
  • Job rotations may be required for this role
Requirements
  • Work closely with User Acceptance Testing Team Lead to ensure requirements and scope are clearly understood
  • Conduct UAT testing for business deliverables including new markets or products, application decommissions, operational improvements, and industry-driven regulatory changes
  • Assist Test Lead to track UAT issues, and publish daily EOD test status
  • Perform end to end testing with full understanding of the Business Requirements and Functional Specs
  • Communicate to UAT Team Lead on open issues and defects, run book execution progress, and risks
  • Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the UAT audit trail
  • Able to understand business requirements/functional requirements and translate them into test cases
  • Able to execute test scripts, raise defects in tracking system (e.g. Jira) and follow through on defect resolution
  • Able to collaborate with business and technology team to Ensure effective end to end testing
