Key Responsibilities:
As a seasoned Credit Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and structuring bespoke credit solutions for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Main Objectives:
- To craft customized credit solutions that meet the unique needs of our HNW and UHNW clientele
- To engage with clients to discuss credit structuring and solutions, ensuring their financial goals are effectively aligned
- To monitor and review credit and collateral products to ensure they align with our clients' objectives
- To conduct joint site visits and prepare comprehensive credit papers for internal approval
- To provide training and refresher courses on credit and collateral products and processes
- To contribute to the development of innovative credit products and services that drive business revenue growth
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- A degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Management, or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of experience working in private banking or private wealth space, with at least 2 years of experience in private banking-related credit work
Critical Skills: Strong analytical and implementation skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and drive change across complex organizations and stakeholders. A positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic with high levels of integrity and ethics.
