Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to assist our team in all stages of the architectural process, from concept development to project completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Support: Assist senior designers in the design process, including conceptual development and project completion.
  • Submission to Regulatory Authorities: Prepare and submit documents and drawings to regulatory authorities for approval.
  • Digital Design: Develop and contribute to detailed BIM models and digital workflows using Revit software.
  • Drawing Production: Produce high-quality conceptual, regulatory submission, tender, and construction drawing sets.
  • Visualization: Create compelling 3D visualizations, renderings, and design presentation materials to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure coordinated and smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Architecture or related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery is essential.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop is required.
  • Strong rendering skills with Lumion or Enscape are necessary.
  • Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and submission processes is a must.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work is expected.
