This is an entry level position for a software developer in the information technology sector.

The role will involve conceptualising, designing and building Android apps using Java/Kotlin and Native C programming. It will also include developing iOS apps using Swift programming.

Additionally, you will be responsible for performing unit tests to ensure usability, robustness, edge cases, and reliability.

Collaboration with fellow developers using software version control systems will also be a key part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in software development.

Relevant knowledge or experience in the following areas would be advantageous:

  • Android Studio, Java, Android SDK, Android architecture
  • XCode, Swift, iOS SDK, iOS architecture
  • Both Android and iOS programming
  • Software version control tools (e.g., GIT, SVN)
  • RESTful programming with JSON and XML
  • Setting up web servers using LAMP platform
