Bell Services Officer

As a Bell Services Officer at Marriott International, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless guest experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to guests, handling their luggage, and assisting them with their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform concierge services and bell duties, maintaining a professional appearance and pleasant personality.
- Handle luggage for arriving and departing guests, including proper handling, tagging, and delivery.
- Work closely with the Bell team and Bell Services Supervisor/Manager to ensure a smooth guest arrival and departure experience.
- Operate the property management system, OPERA, and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver incoming items to guest rooms as requested by the Bell Services Supervisor/Manager.
- Maintain the luggage room and trolleys in accordance with Marriott Brand Standards.
- Handle baggage-related requests, including long-term and short-term storage, and issue luggage tags as needed.
- Provide tourist information to guests and sort and deliver daily newspapers to requested rooms.
- Process guest requests and forward them to the relevant department when necessary.
- Maintain close liaison with other departments to ensure operational flow and seamless guest experiences.
- Handle 'hold for collection' duties and mail/post enquiries.
- Conduct inventory tracking related to Bell services and provide information on Singapore, places of interest, tours, dining, and entertainment outlets.
- Handle limousine bookings and monthly transportation reports.
- Ensure effective communication with guests and colleagues and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Prior experience in the same capacity is an advantage.
- Minimum secondary education.
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
- Fair command of spoken and written English.
- Well-groomed and professional disposition.
