Key Responsibilities
  1. Quality Control and Assurance: Responsible for conducting routine quality control analyses for incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  2. Process Monitoring: Monitor process trends and product quality to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Laboratory Management: Manage laboratory inventory, ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment, and implement procedures to ensure optimal functionality.
  4. Procedure Development: Establish, update, and maintain procedures and quality records to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and a safe work environment.
  5. Complaint Investigation: Assist in investigating complaints related to physical and chemical issues.
  6. Research and Development: Collaborate with R&D team to develop new products, processes, and technologies.
  7. Other Duties: Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Chemistry.
  • Experience with chemicals and testing.
