Chinese Language Instructor Position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chinese language instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Chinese language instruction to our students.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain service standards by ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Attend to attendance and reporting duties in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Employ effective classroom management strategies to ensure student safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate intervention programs and support student progress
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and record keeping to inform instructional decisions
  • Prepare individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of our students
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as administrative procedures
  • Communicate effectively with families to promote a sense of community and partnerships
  • Stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices and professional development opportunities
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a preschool setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
