We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and drive business growth in the technology sector. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing new leads, engaging with prospects, and selling cutting-edge AI, trading, and blockchain solutions to enterprise clients. This position requires a blend of technical understanding and strategic relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our core offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach efforts.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships within the fintech, blockchain, AI, and crypto sectors.
- Lead high-level engagements and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in fintech, IT Solutions, or blockchain industries).
• Strong understanding of AI and blockchain technologies and their applications in business.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Passion for fintech innovation, AI, and blockchain technologies.
