Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role involves coordinating the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of parts and materials, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and expedite parts required for mass production to ensure uninterrupted supply and on-time delivery.
  • Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock requirements.
  • Negotiate and liaise with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Coodinate and manage End-of-Life (EOL) parts with proper planning.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
