Job Overview

The role of a Patient Experience Associate involves providing basic caregiving activities and engagement to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety under the supervision of trained nurses.

This position aims to establish positive rapport with patients, enhancing their hospital experience and delivering psycho-social care. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide patient care and support.
  • Engage with patients to improve their hospital experience and promote patient safety.
  • Work closely with colleagues across all levels to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' levels with 4 years of general working experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to speak different dialects advantageous.
  • A good team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Passion for caring for people and strong ability to empathize with patients from all walks of life.
  • Able to perform 2 rotating shifts (AM and PM) and open to deployment within 2 work sites.
