Key Accountabilities:

As a seasoned SAP Enterprise Architect, you will lead the SAP Core Solutions team and partner with SAP IT Service Owner to deliver innovative SAP solutions to the business. You will collaborate with enterprise architecture, information security, application & infrastructure teams to produce optimal, high-level, conceptual, and cost-effective designs.

  • Develop and influence SAP strategic direction, translating business needs into solution architecture requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders from various lines of business to develop architecture blueprints and realistic roadmaps.
  • Analyze the current SAP architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvement.
  • Document the SAP enterprise architecture design and analysis work, owning and documenting the overall SAP application architecture based on industry standard architectural frameworks.
  • Consult with application or infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to the broader company architecture.
  • Analyze technology industry, market trends, and impact of SaaS/Cloud, determining the potential impact on the enterprise.
  • Lead Architecture related projects as Project Manager or Workstream lead.
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Enterprise Architect with a strong background in architecting SAP solutions, including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ERP/ECC, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, RISE & GROW, SAP CX, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP BO/BW, and SAP NetWeaver. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of SAP experience, with 5 years in an architecture leadership role.

  • Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, or a related study, with an MBA or MS in a relevant computing field preferred.
  • Strong experience in architecting SAP solutions, with a focus on application design and development, application integration, middleware, database management, information security, technical architecture, network management, and mobility.
  • Experience working in an environment with a mix of SaaS and on-prem applications.
  • Demonstrated well-rounded technology experience, with exposure to Java, Microsoft, IBM, Open Source, CA, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and other technologies.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, such as TOGAF, and proven ability to develop detailed solution designs.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills, with experience with a Program Management Office (PMO) a plus.
