Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records is a crucial aspect of this role. The Human Resource Clerk will be responsible for preparing HR-related documents, such as contracts, letters, and memos. In addition to maintaining documentation, the individual in this position will also ensure that all HR processes are compliant with company policies and local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to employees by addressing basic queries on HR policies, leave, and benefits.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Employee Support: Offer administrative assistance in staff welfare activities and training programs.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all HR processes adhere to company policies and local labor regulations, and provide support in preparing simple HR reports.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Entry-level applicants are acceptable, with experience in clerical or HR-related work being an advantage.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
