Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Goltens Singapore Trading Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to expand our local and overseas market, as well as developing sales and marketing support systems to improve work efficiencies and achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and implement business plans to expand the local and overseas market.
- Develop sales and marketing support systems to improve work efficiencies.
- Set objectives for local and overseas sales efforts and map out strategies for achieving them.
- Analyze past sales records, performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build market position by locating, developing, and negotiating business relationships.
- Locate and acquire potential business deals by contacting new partners and suppliers.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests.
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events.
- Represent Goltens Singapore Trading Department for Goltens Asia Trading Vertical strategy planning and execution.
- Produce and manage appropriate PR and marketing collateral for the company.
- Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Marine or Offshore/Oil & Gas Industry.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently.
- Continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail.
- Good product and market knowledge, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player with good attitude, integrity, interpersonal, organization, and time management skills.
