Responsibilities:

  • The Technical Site Coordinator will be responsible for taking and carrying out instructions from senior personnel, including administrative tasks.
  • They will also be required to take and carry out instructions from senior personnel, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The successful candidate will be capable of maintaining a harmonious relationship with residents, ground agencies staff, and other site supervisory staff.
  • They will personally attend to resident's queries, feedback, and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
  • The Technical Site Coordinator will always strive to look and act professionally, embodying the company's values.
  • They will be responsible for data entry and taking progress photos, utilizing their technical skills to document project progress.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience is required for this position.
  • Candidates must be accredited as Resident Technical Officers with The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
