COSMIC DINER SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented Marketing Manager - Social Media Innovator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven professional to manage our social media presence, develop innovative content strategies, and collaborate with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all company social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone across platforms.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand and marketing objectives, including audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Liaise with external agencies, brief them on content requirements, campaigns, and objectives, and review and approve content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Create high-quality content ideas that resonate with the target audience, plan and organize content shoots, and edit and optimize content for various social media platforms.
  • Track social media performance metrics, analyze data to refine strategies, and generate reports on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and strategy development.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including analytics and advertising tools.
  • Experience liaising with creative or social media agencies.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, including photography, videography, and editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of responsibility, responsible and able to manage people, and able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
