Primary Years Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as a Primary Years Class Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters the growth and development of students.
**Job Description**
As a Primary Years Class Teacher, you will be expected to:
- Respect and value each child's social, cultural and religious background.
- Manage pastoral care, health, wellbeing and behaviour of all pupils.
- Teach a class in accordance with school policies and guidelines.
- Use various teaching pedagogies and methods to ensure high-quality learning.
- Collaborate effectively with grade level teams to teach conceptually driven inquiry-based units of learning.
- Provide planning documents identifying specific learning objectives and assessment.
- Maintain professional dialogue with colleagues concerning children and the school.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A postgraduate diploma or bachelor's degree in education from a recognized institution.
- At least 2-5 years of relevant teaching experience in the primary years setting.
- Knowledge of the International Primary Curriculum is encouraged.
- International experience, especially in Asia, is highly valued.
