About the Role

This position will be a key member of the Time and Attendance Agile product team at Koch Global Services, reporting directly to the APAC HRT Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the product team and cross-functional teams to deliver a potential releasable increment of 'Done' product at the end of each sprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in sprint execution, inspect, and adapt each day, while helping the product owner to refine the Product Backlog through continuously collecting and clarifying requirements from target customers.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviewing, and retro sessions to help inspect and adapt the product and process.
  • Lead and/or participate in related Time and Attendance projects during planning, implementation, and release, stabilization periods, and help improve customer experience through project implementation and post-live periods.
  • Seek and capture potential risks and/or propose technical-based or process-oriented improvements, connecting with both product teams and customers to seek mutual benefits and implement aligned enhancements or changes.
  • Be familiar with supporting business sites/locations and gain consolidated knowledge, sharing it with the T&A product team and other Global HRT teams for strategic planning, project implementations, and transformation.
  • Utilize solid technical knowledge and skills in Time and Attendance applications to perform applications configuration, prepare and execute testing scenarios, mass data change, case support, user setup/licenses support, Time clock configuration, and integration troubleshooting and development independently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of HRIS (Applications Analyst) working experience.
  • At least 3 years of UKG Kronos hands-on system maintenance and project implementation experience.
  • Ability to learn new technology/systems and processes quickly.
  • Experience collaborating and working on a team with a high level of accountability for self and others.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under a hybrid working arrangement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong UKG Kronos WFC and/or Dimensions system and integration knowledge.
  • Solid experience with accumulated Kronos trouble-shooting cases.
  • Experience planning, leading, and implementing Kronos-related application and system integration projects with positive outcomes.
