Job Description

As a seasoned construction site manager, you will oversee all project activities on-site and ensure they are completed as per schedule. Your expertise in architectural finishing work will be invaluable in driving project success.

Key responsibilities include attending site meetings when necessary, liaising with main contractors and sub-contractors to guarantee timely and budget-friendly project completion, and monitoring work progress while attending project meetings and liaising with main contractors and consultants.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing projects by supervising and coordinating site activates, preparing monthly site progress reports, and ensuring seamless communication among project stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Architecture, or equivalent. A minimum of 4 - 6 years of working experience in site coordination and building construction work is also required.
