Job Summary:

Procurement specialists are integral to a company's success, and as a Procurement Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient acquisition of goods and services. In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing procurement data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare purchase orders in accordance with client specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to build strong relationships and negotiate optimal purchasing terms.
  • Coordinate supplier delivery schedules and track ETA to ensure seamless operations.
  • Input, update, and manage procurement data into current and SAP systems, maintaining accurate records and facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and process procurement documentation, adhering strictly to company policies and standards.

Requirements:
  • At least 'O' Level, NITEC/Higher NITEC, or Diploma in a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in SAP system is preferred and advantageous.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently and adjusting to shifting demands in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to manage stress effectively while maintaining focus and productivity.
