Product Leader Job Description

A dynamic and innovative Product Leader is sought to spearhead the development of a best-in-class user experience for a leading fintech company. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive industry expertise and passion for driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.

About the Role:

  • Drive product strategy, ideate, build, and optimize user journeys from onboarding to payments and trading.
  • Own operational metrics such as KYC pass rates and payment success rates.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to lead global product development initiatives.
  • Manage global product roadmaps across countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee global product, design, and product operations teams.
  • Inform strategic decisions through quantitative results, testing, qualitative research, and customer insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in building and managing crypto, e-wallet, or other fintech products in Southeast Asia and/or Greater China.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or design-related field.
  • Experience managing teams of Product Managers, Engineers, or product feature teams.
  • Experience with spot trading, margin, and futures products.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, leveraging data to back up assumptions.
  • Ability to thrive in a data-driven environment, driving metrics to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Curiosity, inquisitiveness, and logical reasoning, capable of deriving logic from first principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
