Administrative Training Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Training Coordinator to join our team at ABSOLUTE KINETICS CONSULTANCY PTE LTD.
Job Summary:This role is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Training & Management Department, ensuring the smooth execution of training programs and management of the Training Partner Gateway (TPG) Portal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative or operational experience, with a Diploma or O Levels and above qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the TPG Portal, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates for training partners
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Training & Management Department, including day-to-day tasks and special projects
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of SGD $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on experience
- A 5-day work week, with flexible working hours and a choice of three convenient locations: Bukit Batok, Macpherson, or Woodlands
