
Dining Experience Coordinator

Located in the National Gallery, we are a fine dining restaurant that presents modern French cuisine guided by our lifelong respect for seasonality and artisanal produce.
Our team is passionate about shaping the city and takes great pride in grooming the next generation of hospitality leaders. We build career paths around individuals and design incentives and recognition programmes to ensure good work always pays off.
As one of the few positions directly influencing the guest experience, you will be responsible for ensuring guests leave happy and satisfied with our service and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand all aspects of restaurant service and how each role contributes to the overall dining experience.
- Prioritise the needs of guests and strive to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a sense of urgency in fulfilling tasks and responding to guests' needs.
- Perform tableside preparation and presentation duties if required.
- Maintain a good housekeeping regime and report any defects in furniture, fixtures and equipment.
- Be willing to assist colleagues and step in wherever needed to ensure guests receive the best possible service at all times.
