Roles & Responsibilities

As an E-Commerce Associate at PIECES OF 7 PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for managing online sales and customer service tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.
  • Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and handle returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure that orders are processed accurately and shipped promptly to meet customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance, and develop strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with online marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media efforts to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Website Maintenance: Collaborate with the team to ensure the website is functional, up-to-date, and user-friendly, providing a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an e-commerce role, preferably with experience in Shopify.
  • Basic coding skills in HTML and CSS3 are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
  • A flair for words and good copywriting skills, with a keen eye for style and design.
  • Able to start work immediately, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
