Boutique Manager Role

As a key member of our luxury retail team, you will be responsible for leading the boutique to achieve business objectives while delivering exceptional client experiences. Your primary focus will be on serving as the brand ambassador and commercial leader of the boutique.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales excellence and developing long-term client relationships in the ultra-high net worth segment. A strong understanding of boutique operations, inventory management, and high-value product handling is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive boutique business plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead efforts to create an elevated client journey, ensuring excellence in client experience from welcome to post-sale follow-up.
  • Cultivate and expand a portfolio of high jewellery clients through tailored activations and one-on-one relationship development.
  • Oversee all aspects of daily boutique operations, including inventory control and after-sales service, boutique maintenance, rostering, and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in fine or high jewellery, with at least 3 years in a boutique leadership role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail are essential.
  • A deep understanding of the luxury mindset, discretion, and etiquette is required.
