Pet Aftercare Specialist

This position involves a unique blend of operations, customer service, and sales support. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional pet aftercare services to grieving families.
Your key responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries with sensitivity and professionalism, guiding pet owners on available aftercare services, managing daily operations, attending to and supporting pet families during cremation services, offering comfort and guidance to bereaved pet families, driving company vehicles, handling deceased pets with utmost care and respect, and maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the pet crematorium & columbarium.
Requirements- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Compassionate, respectful, and comfortable working in an environment involving pet aftercare.
- Strong empathy and communication skills, especially when supporting grieving pet owners.
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- 4-day work week (including weekends and public holidays).
- 11-hour shifts.
