Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Culture Liaison. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, interpreting for executives visiting from Japan, and assisting with administrative duties.

  • Provide customer service to clients, handling reception-related duties and administrative tasks.
  • Accompany and interpret for executives visiting from Japan, ensuring smooth communication and cultural understanding.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as customer service or administration.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese (N2 level) language to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • Basic computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Able to work on weekends and flexible schedules.
