Job Overview

The role of a massage therapist is to provide exceptional massage therapy services to clients in a professional and safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality massage therapy services to clients, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of massage techniques and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatments, and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., massage therapy, physical education) or equivalent experience.
  • Current certification in massage therapy (ITEC/NITEC/WSQ/CIBTAC or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with spa software and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Candidates with Mandarin fluency are highly desirable.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and adapting to varying needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Singaporean culture and customs.
Work Environment

Working days per week: 5-6 days, including weekends and public holidays.
