Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education level.
  • A stable work history with a proven track record of reliability and accountability.
  • Self-motivation and a desire for self-development, coupled with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • The ability to work autonomously when required, with minimal supervision.
  • A team player mentality, fostering collaboration and open communication within the team.
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Experience as an assistant store manager or in retail store management, with a solid understanding of retail operations and best practices.
