About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Operations Coordinator to support our team's financial management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Financial Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing our accounts, including data entry, journal postings, and month-end closing. They will also oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable, prepare bank reconciliations, CPF, IRAS, GST submissions, and other statutory filings. Additionally, they will assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Administration Tasks:

The Financial Operations Coordinator will also perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining company records, databases, and filing systems. They will handle general office administration, liaise with vendors, and support HR functions such as staff payroll, staff claims, leave, medical records, and staff onboarding.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Diploma in Accounting and a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in accounts and admin (SME experience preferred). They should be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (MYOB) and have knowledge of Singapore's GST, CPF, and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
