Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sharepoint Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in designing and implementing SharePoint applications, as well as administering user accounts, controlling access to libraries, and setting permissions.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of SharePoint ecosystems, including hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in building, developing, and administrating sites in these environments, as well as knowledge of Windows operating systems, SQL server, Power BI, PowerShell, and .NET framework.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Designing and implementing customized libraries for the SharePoint ecosystem.
  2. Administering user accounts and controlling access to libraries and settings permissions.
  3. Creating web parts, lists, content types, site columns, master pages, and managing search navigation permissions.
  4. Developing workflow forms using SharePoint Designer and PowerApps/Flow.
  5. Maintaining the integrity of the network infrastructure by addressing encryption, security zones, and firewalls.
  6. Managing and modifying site layouts as necessary.
  7. Analyzing daily user activity for useful insights.
  8. Implementing version upgrades and system refreshes.
  9. Maintaining comprehensive records of updates, maintenance tasks, and user engagements.
  10. Reporting updates and usage statistics to company leadership.
  11. Providing technical assistance and training to users when needed.
  12. Conducting data retrieval and backup processes.
  13. Cleaning and archiving data to ensure sufficient storage capacity.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  1. Experience in a SharePoint developer or administrator role.
  2. Experience building, developing, and administrating sites in hybrid environments.
  3. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, SQL server, Power BI, PowerShell, and .NET framework.
  4. Knowledge of the .NET framework, Azure Active Directory, and SharePoint site configuration.
  5. Knowledge of website layouts and HTML.
  6. Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, C#, REST API, PowerShell, HTML/CSS, SharePoint Designer, .Net and SQL Server.

About Us

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
