IT Workplace Expert

Look no further As an IT Workplace Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape of our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our employees have access to reliable, secure, and user-friendly technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Propose and plan transformational changes to enhance the end-user experience.
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for end-user technology, including device refresh cycles, OS updates, and migrations.
  • Lead training initiatives to drive successful adoption of new workplace technologies.
  • Manage end-user service and support services, including onsite helpdesk services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure new tools and platforms are effectively implemented and used by employees.

Requirements:
  • At least 7+ years of experience in end-user computing, with a proven track record of managing workplace services for medium-to-large organizations.
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience in Microsoft end-user technologies and modern workplace in a global/large user environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users.
