Experienced Construction Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects. With a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, you will be responsible for supervising and managing construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities- Supervise and manage construction sites to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and control site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve technical issues and ensure project deliverables.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship and materials.
- Manage and report on site incidents, accidents, and near-miss incidents.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction site supervision and management.
- Possess a valid Site Supervisor Certificate (e.g., CSCS, BCSS).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- A competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
