Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an experienced site manager to lead our construction projects. This senior-level position requires a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant CSA and MEP project management experience, with 5 years in site/construction manager roles and operational experience.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing site construction strategies to ensure timely project delivery
  • Monitoring and reviewing master construction programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
  • Supervising engineers and foremen, ensuring compliance with quality procedures and standards of workmanship
  • Preparing detailed programs for site teams to follow, ensuring projects are completed on time
  • Resolving drawing discrepancies and technical difficulties through collaboration with the technical team
  • Developing method statements and work instructions for construction activities
  • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and inter-departmental teams to manage site resources and meet schedules
  • Liaising with design teams to address technical issues related to CSA and MEP works
  • Planning all site works, including program schedules and construction methods, forecasting equipment, material, and manpower requirements
  • Monitoring progress against project plans and budgets, ensuring effective cost management
  • Promoting a safe working environment and ensuring works comply with specifications and QA requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or specialist diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
