We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Project Engineer to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. As a Sales Project Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting sales personnel in pre-sales activities, proposing solutions that meet customer needs, and resolving related solutions for site preparation, installation, start-up, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of Electrical Power Systems, Structural Cabling, Fire Suppression Systems, UPS, Security Access, and CCTV Monitoring Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and oversee work progress at project sites, including attending site meetings and coordinating with sub-contractors to ensure smooth project completion.
  • Assist the Electrical Service Department in providing technical support to staff, customers, and dealers.
  • Prepare and maintain project management documentation in accordance with company best practices.
  • Plan and monitor projects to ensure successful completion within the planned timeline and report on project status and progress.
  • Perform in-house testing of Power equipment.
  • Answer and attend to service calls, fault-finding, repair, and troubleshooting of Electrical Systems and Power equipment malfunctions.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customer project teams, suppliers, sub-contractors, and clients.
  • Coordinate and liaise with PEs and/or site supervisors on detail drawings, layout planning, and site requirements.
  • Prepare and submit applications to relevant authorities or building management as required.
  • Prepare electrical products data and engineering drawings in AutoCAD (2D, 3D).
Requirements:
  • Nitec or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in sales/customer service.
  • Possess electrical knowledge.
