Scalp Therapist - Deliver Exceptional Hair and Scalp Care

Description:

At our esteemed establishment, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Scalp Therapist to join our team. As a valued member, you will be responsible for providing top-notch scalp care services to our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive scalp analysis and consultations to identify individualized needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide expert scalp meridian therapy, cleansing, and hair treatment sessions to rejuvenate and restore optimal scalp health.
• Offer tailored care recommendations and maintain accurate client records to ensure seamless communication and follow-up appointments.
• Assist with daily store operations and maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting treatment environment that exceeds client expectations.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in beauty, haircare, or wellness is preferred, but not required as we offer paid training for beginners.
• A passion for the beauty industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a patient demeanor are essential for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only due to employment regulations.
• Willingness to work shifts and be an integral part of a strong team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary range: SGD 2,800–3,000 (dependent on experience).
• Commission structure: Service commission + Membership sales commission to incentivize outstanding performance.
• Total monthly income potential: SGD 3,500–5,500+ (varies based on individual performance).
