The Senior Medical Technologist will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality laboratory services. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of test procedures, processing patient samples, and conducting routine analytical work.
Key Responsibilities:- Test Procedures: Perform a variety of test procedures in the laboratory, adhering to established standards.
- Sample Processing: Process patient samples, including spinning and aliquoting, in accordance with laboratory protocols.
- Instrumentation: Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments, ensuring accurate and reliable test results.
- Documentation: Accurately document test results, patient information, and laboratory procedures.
To be successful as a Senior Medical Technologist, you will need to have a recognized Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent, a recognized Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology or Diploma or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience in Clinical Laboratory. You should also be proficient in CAP proficiency testing programs and hospital quality assurance programs.
