Senior Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking an experienced business analyst to drive analysis and solutions for Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Simplification Program.
This program is a key part of our global SCM transformation.
- Engage with TPRM risk groups to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct detailed analysis and document business requirements to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technology delivery team.
- Secure stakeholder approval and sign-off on business requirements
- Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) that maps each requirement to its source, corresponding design elements, test cases, and implementation.
- Develop and propose optimal solutions to address the identified business requirements.
- Ensure solutions align with the overall strategic goals and organizational strategy.
- Collaborate with the technology delivery team to validate and refine proposed solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business analysts.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the team meets project deadlines and quality standards.
- Oversee the implementation of business requirements, ensuring they are delivered accurately and on time.
- Work with the project director, process owner, product owner, and technology team to prioritize and shape the product backlog.
- Coordinate with the technology delivery team to address any issues or changes that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including TPRM risk groups, technology teams, and senior management.
