About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and maintain operational frameworks for responding to disease outbreaks.
  2. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement in our emergency preparedness protocols.
  3. Build strong partnerships with various stakeholders to foster collaboration and information sharing.
  4. Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide critical support during emergencies.
  5. Participate in the development and enhancement of NOCC's capabilities.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as science or public health.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or public service.
  • Desirable: Experience in project management, operations planning, or policy development.
  • Able to commit to on-call rotations and deployments during crises.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
