Nursing Care Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Care Specialist to provide high-quality care services to patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring that nursing care services rendered are safe, competent and individualised. You will uphold nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control.

You will communicate and build rapport with patients and their families or caregivers. Your role will also involve coordinating the care of patients through advising physicians, providing direct patient care, evaluating patients' conditions and serving as the liaison between families and physicians.

Responsibilities include performing nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing as required. You will follow up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
  • Minimum Diploma in Nursing
  • Bedside nursing experiences
