Flight Captain Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Captain to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of flights, including pre-flight checks, in-flight management and post-flight procedures.

About the Job
  • The Flight Captain will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of flight operations, including crew management, passenger safety and aircraft maintenance.
  • The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a thorough understanding of aviation regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure the aircraft is airworthy and that all necessary documentation is in order.
  2. Manage in-flight operations, including navigation, communication and emergency procedures.
  3. Oversee post-flight procedures, including reporting incidents and conducting debriefing sessions with crew members.
Requirements
  • Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
  • Minimum 500 hours of flying experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Global 5000 aircraft
  • International flight experience
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
