Job Description

The Regional Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of information security standards and accreditation programs across the Asia Pacific region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and implementing information security strategies to safeguard patient safety and protect company interests.
  • Leading the development of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and initiatives related to medical devices and data governance.
  • Managing cybersecurity ISO accreditation programs and ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 81001.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including corporate IT, business applications, product and services R&D, marketing, and customer service teams, to achieve cybersecurity goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, experience in managing ISO accreditation programs, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8-15 years of experience in cybersecurity or ISO accreditation in the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, including ISO 27001, ISO 81001, and NIST.
  • Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CISA.
