This role involves performing duties as a limousine dispatcher according to standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for overseeing and assigning jobs to drivers based on queue lists through our dispatch system.

  • Duties of a Limousine Dispatcher
  • Ensure all guests' special requests are met and booking details are correct before dispatching to drivers.
  • Rationalize vehicles for ad-hoc requests and assign vehicles accordingly.
  • Monitor all drivers' movements during their shifts.
  • Forecast daily vehicle requirements and manage outsource disposal fleet based on operational demands.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and procedures.

You will also perform duties as a limousine coordinator according to the Limousine Standard Operating Procedures. This includes generating and updating daily reports, coordinating limousine booking requests and inquiries, and handling emails and phone calls.
