Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and quality person-centred care to patients in the inpatient wards, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise and coach a team of nurses to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide optimal care and service to patients.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Hold a valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nursing educational qualification.
- Have relevant working experience or relevant post-basic certification for senior positions.
- Able to work 3-rotating shifts and weekends.
