- A degree in any field is required; however, candidates with a related degree are preferred.
- Two years of working experience in the related field is desirable, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

- Ability to multitask and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary, as well as good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation).
- Comfortable working with computers and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Strong listening and empathizing skills to effectively communicate with customers.
