Key Responsibilities- Implement clinical nursing standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with hospital guidelines and policies.
- Provide professional clinical expertise and resources for specific nursing and evidence-based practices to evaluate management of care for patients with complex healthcare needs.
- Lead the orientation, induction process, coaching, and supervision of new staff, and conduct competency assessments to ensure achievement of targets and expected competency levels.
- Model desired team and leadership behaviors, serving as a mentor, counselor, and advocate when needed.
- Conduct regular clinical audits to assess clinical competencies and ensure performance meets targets.
- Diploma in Nursing or Degree Qualification.
- Post-Basic Specialty Certificate or Advanced Diploma in Nursing or Degree (desirable).
- Singapore Nursing Board Practicing Certificate for Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospital clinical settings.
- A meticulous and analytical team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
