Job Title: Resident Technical Officer - HDB Projects

This is a challenging role for a skilled professional to oversee the technical aspects of high-rise residential projects in HDB.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in site supervision, with a strong understanding of architectural, civil and structural works, as well as mechanical and electrical systems.

A degree in a related field such as engineering or architecture is essential. Additionally, having prior experience working on HDB projects is highly desirable.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders. The successful candidate will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in site supervision of high-rise residential projects
  • Good knowledge and experience with Architectural, Civil & Structural and M&E works
  • National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS)
  • Prior experience in HDB projects preferred
