About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily factory operations and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Planning and Coordinating Daily Operations: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achieve production targets.
  • Monitor and Optimize Resource Utilization: Analyze resource allocation and identify areas for improvement to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Track and Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and report production output, material usage, and downtime to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Support Inventory Control: Collaborate with inventory management teams to maintain accurate stock levels and implement effective materials tracking systems.
  • Maintain Workplace Safety and Hygiene Standards: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines to create a safe working environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 Years of Experience in Manufacturing or Related Environment: A strong background in factory operations, food processing, or a related field is essential.
  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with production staff and other stakeholders.
  • Able to Work Independently and in a Team: Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Bilingualism (English and Mandarin/Malay): Fluency in both languages is a plus, as it enables seamless communication with production floor staff.
