Job Purpose:

To provide comprehensive job support services to trainees and alumni, focusing on personalized coaching and mentorship.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough work readiness assessments to identify job duties and employer needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with trainees, caregivers, and employers to facilitate effective job matching.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers, to ensure holistic support for trainees.
  • Develop and implement tailored training programs to enhance employability skills and confidence.

Employer Engagement and Partnership:

Establish and maintain robust partnerships with employers to create sustainable employment opportunities for trainees.

Create customized induction and education sessions to meet the needs of new and existing employers.

Promote harmonious industrial relations through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.


Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds.

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Passionate about empowering individuals with mild intellectual disabilities to achieve their full potential.


Additional Information:

This role requires flexibility and willingness to travel across Singapore. Weekends and Public Holidays may be required.

Work Location: Choa Chu Kang Grove.
