Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Professional


As an Environmental Sustainability Professional, you will play a vital role in managing the Green Rating process of projects and ensuring target achievement. This includes implementing sustainable design practices, conducting dynamic simulations using IES and CFD tools, and managing local and overseas projects from design to completion.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sustainable design strategies to minimize environmental impact
  • Conduct dynamic simulations to optimize building performance and energy efficiency
  • Manage local and overseas projects, including project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT software
